PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST:

• We will post our availability from May to July 2024 on 10 May 2023 at 10.00am in the morning, Thai time.
• We will accept reservation requests from 10.00am on 10 May to 11.59pm on 13 May 2023, Thai time. You have 4 days to request for your date. This is not first-come, first-serve, so no rush. Please feel free to send your request at your own convenience. 
• Our team will reply to your request before end of Monday, 15 May 2023. If you do not hear back by 6.00pm, Thai time, on Monday, 15 May, please contact us. 
• Any mail sent before we update our availability will not be considered. – Please send your email after you see BLUE boxes appears on available dates from May to July 2024.
• Your client profile must be reviewed and approved by our medical team before you can reserve the date. If you haven’t got your client profile approved, please kindly send us your client profile before 5 May 2023.
• You can let us know a list of your preferred dates, or you can give us a range of your preferred date, or you can say any date in August (for example), or any date available. Please make sure that we can understand your preference and we will do our best to meet your request.
• Please use the same email that you used when sending us your client profile to reserve the date. Your record with us is tied to that email address. If you send us your request with different email, we may not recognize you.
• For successful clients, you will receive your confirmation between 22-24 May 2023. We expect to gradually send out confirmation throughout the week.
• For successful clients, your provisionally reserved date is non-transferable.
• We reserve the right to amend the regulations, conditions, and details of our reservation process without advance notice.  In the event of any disputes, we reserve the right of the final interpretation and final decision of the regulations, conditions, and details governing our reservation process.
